Very straightforward!

I advise a normal buckle collar and leash.

It is entirely your choice as to the texture of collar and leash you use.  Please don't use chain collars or leads as they are difficult to handle and uncomfortable!

I advise leather as they will last for years!  Be prepared for some work beforehand with good leather - saddle soaping leads is very therapeutic!  If you don't want to do it, send them on to me!

We will look at chokes and prong collars within this section to illustrate the damage and why they don't work.

Here we see Keeper on a leather Timberwolf collar with a thin leather leash.

Positioned in the down, always looking towards his handler.

Look at his facial expression - it conveys a calm, confident gaze.  His head is up and he is enthusiastic - there is no sense of fear.  This is what we want to get with you and your Rottweiler.

More detailed photos of collars and differing leashes will be published shortly.
